After receiving the customer’s requirements, the service engineers will arrive at the site in the province in 8 hours, and 48 hours in other provinces; the problems will be solved in 1-2 days after they arrive at the site. The engineers will not leave until the problems are solved; if they have to leave, they should ask the customers’ permission first and fill in the service ticket.
